Provide virtual access to multiple focused archives to satisfy multimodal requests for transportation data that is physically stored in multiple repositories. (This is the only implementation where the Other Archive triples are mandatory. Not a very interesting implementation, but it does serve to highlight this inter-archive data sharing interface)
